Melissa was extremely helpful - clear and responsive. When initial options fell through (not her fault) she worked hard to secure a great solution. The trucker she helped us secure was also a good, clear communicator, prompt, courteous, and did what he said he would do. Overall I was happy with Amerifreight, and very happy with Melissa. Only issue was with their initial online “quote” which wasn’t really a quote - final price to transport was approx 50% higher than initial quote. That said, it was still in the ballpark of other quotes, and the customer service was great. It was good to deal with a company that has been in business for a while.
