Our experience with AmeriFreight was nothing short of exceptional! Shipping our car from Philly to Dallas was a bit overwhelming because there are so many carriers and we really did not know how to start. Thankfully we found AmeriFreight. Reginald explained the whole process to us how most car companies work. The company quotes you at one price (including their fee) and then post your assignment to a message board and have trusted drivers that they have worked with/vetted respond. You then get a call from AmeriFreight letting you know the estimated price and pick up date and they see if you are okay with it. You don't have to pay a thing up until you are satisfied with the price/assignment. Reginald was amazing because he made us feel so comfortable with the driver that we chose. The first one was a bit too pricey and we were nervous that if we turned him down we wouldn't get any other driver, but he assured us that he would help us find another driver and that he wanted us to be confident with the price. That was super helpful because we got multiple offers after that and the whole time Reginald guided us through. Our car was scheduled to be picked up but got in a fender bender and had to go to the shop and again, Reginald contacted the drivers and was able to even reschedule our driver on short notice who literally got our car from Philly to Dallas in two days! Reginald was always available and able to answer any questions we had and always made us feel comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend and go with AmeriFreight again! Thank you so much!!!
