My broker was Carovan Mitchell. Incredibly friendly. Follows up! Calls you back! She checked in to see how pick up went, how delivery went and everything was very smooth on AmeriFreight's end. I would absolutely use the service again - I would have had no idea what I was getting myself into otherwise. They were very helpful and clear! Unrelated to AmeriFreight, be prepared to have an unstated pickup window - again not on AmeriFreight - things happen, traffic, weather, you name it. It all made sense once I knew what to expect. Pickup was on time, delivery was a day later but that makes sense when you are hauling large cargo cross country!
