My PCS turned into separation and that brought forth a ton of stress and various other administrative nightmares. If I can say that I have had one pleasant experience though all of this, it would be with AmeriFreight. Erica Hudson was my CSA and this woman deserves a raise. I don’t think there is any way to sum up Erica in this review but I will do my best. Since my career has had some sudden changes, I experienced multiple issues when trying to get my vehicle and Erica was there to save the day every time. Her level of professionalism and care that she put into this were nothing short of exemplary. I could rest easy the entire time, knowing that if anything was needed or if there were any updates, she would reach out to me. Businesses and companies have had it rough with Covid but if this company is made up of people like Erica then this company has nothing to worry about. Bravo Erica. You have my most sincere thanks and should I ever need transportation services again, I will not hesitate to use this company and will recommend it to anyone who requires similar services.
