Millie Shepard was extremely professional and responsive to my questions. This was the first time that I shipped a vehicle and,, therefore, I had a lot of concerns about what could happen. Millie put my mind at ease and ensured that I was able to reach her throughout the process of having my car shipped. I also found Millie to be extremely knowledgeable about her work. If she hadn’t been part of the process, I would have been a lot more anxious about shipping my car. Thanks Millie!
