My experience with AmeriFreight was satisfactory. The agent who assisted me was very helpful with explaining the process and maintained regular, friendly and professional communication throughout the transportation process. In this regard, I would award her customer service five stars. While the transporter himself was also very friendly and professional, my overall review loses one star, as the transport schedule was changed after the agreed upon pickup and delivery dates were set (and after the deposit was paid) and the insistence that the remaining fee be paid in cash upon delivery, which may not be suitable or convenient for all customers. Regarding the fee, be prepared to pay significantly more than the initial quote, especially depending on the priority level you choose.
