Cindy was my service agent when I was trying to ship my car from Virginia to California. There were some complications with my delivery because my route was not particularly appealing to drivers. Lots of twisty two-lane highways through the mountains to a very remote town with no other deliveries within a 100 mile radius. Cindy was SO helpful with troubleshooting when it became clear that delivery to my location would be extremely pricey. She helped my find other relatively close locations where my car could be delivered for almost half the price. I ended up having my car delivered to a family member near San Francisco who held it for me until I could pick it up. I would definitely recommend Amerifreight and specifically Cindy. She provided me with consistent updates and didn't make me feel pressured to take the initial expensive offer. Excellent customer service. While I wasn't there for pickup or delivery of my car, I was told it went very smoothly on both ends. The driver was communicative and timely and my car arrived in great shape.
