Harry did a good job in making the transport happen. The only downside is that the initial quote and final price had a difference of $400. Luckily,I was prepared,but this could be an inconvenience in some cases. Otherwise,my experience was great. I would advise that hard deadlines also be communicated to your agent so that you can be flexible if needed. I was able to navigate this with Harry also. One cool thing too is that I requested open transport, but the carrier ended up being enclosed. That was also a plus.
