So overall the experience was good. I shipped my car from Boston to LA and it arrived within 5 days with no damages, scratches or issues of any kind. The initial person I was in contact with stopped responding to my emails. Maybe this person quit, I don't know what happened. A new person took my case and handled everything with great communication and answered all my questions. The only hitch was this new person charged me about $800 more, costing me about ~$2000. Now I couldn't back out because I would lose my deposit, (which was $300 or more) so I really had no option. Though I believe the coordinator that the prices went up, this was a nasty surprise to get a few days before you ship your car.
