AmeriFreight helped make my first time shipping a car quick and easy

I found AmeriFreight through searching for recommended car transporting companies and overall, I am glad that I chose them to help me ship my car across the country. Brandy De Jesús was my agent and she did a great job at providing me with all of the information that I needed. Communication is always important to me when it comes to these types of things, and I truly have no complaints about how easy it was to reach out to her and get all of my questions answered in a timely manner -- especially in the beginning of the process. As for the actual shipment, I had given a time span of 12 days where I could have my vehicle be ready for pickup and Brandy was able to find me a carrier for the second day of that time span. It only took three days for the carrier to get my vehicle to the general designated area. But since I originally asked for the delivery date to be 19 days out from the date of pickup, I was pretty concerned about where my car would be residing for all of those additional days while not being in transit. Luckily, I learned that the point of contact that I had with the carrier company lived in a neighboring city and had kept my vehicle outside his gated community home. And since I was able to pickup my car sooner than expected, I skipped the wait for another driver to pickup my car to take it to me and made the drive out there myself to complete the transaction and take my car home. A minor note: inside the driver side door was a bit dirtied up upon delivery but I was able to wipe it clean pretty easily. All in all, I felt that the protection plans that are offered are useful and priced fairly enough. AmeriFreight's website is also simple to navigate and a lot of additional questions that I had were able to be answered with the resources that they provide on there.
