Lecia, of course was great. The vehicle was picked up and dropped off without any major issues. If we were not in such a rush to get the car, I may have waited for other offers or looked elsewhere. The low original quote lured me in, then the price more than doubled. Lecia did explain that this may happen. Overall, very happy to have my car back, and the company that delivered was very easy to deal with.
