Amerifreight was very professional about finding a good carrier for the price I was looking for. The only issue I had was the communication with the carrier. The pick-up time was several hours late and they would not answer my texts about when they were arriving. They did not give me any notice when the car would arrive and didn't tell me anything until the car was at the destination and then I had to try to find the person at the last minute that was receiving the car. I feel it would have been helpful to have more support from Amerifreght to make sure my car was picked up at the promised time or at least let me know they were running late. Same with the delivery.
