I had a great experience with Amerifreight and their agent ,Baylee Ivey, especially. Baylee was thorough in her communication and quick to answer any concerns I had in the process. I had to make a quick move across the country to take a new job and had planned to purchase a new vehicle- that contract fell through and I had to scramble at the last minute making a backup plan for transporting my beloved 88 bronco II over 1,400 miles. Because of the last minute booking I had to leave my truck behind in central Seattle - but Baylee and the carrier driver worked with me to have my truck picked up from a friends apartment. The delivery was right on schedule which was a day after I arrived - a Sunday. Per their policies, drivers typically only accept cash or Cashier’s check- which put me in another scramble trying to locate a bank while on the road Saturday morning.. but again! I contacted Baylee and the carrier and was able to pay the remaining cost to the driver through zelle! My truck made it safely, on time, and with all of the items in tact inside the vehicle as well. Baylee and Amerifreight value their customers and their property and stick to their promise in ensuring an easy, secure, and prompt transport of your vehicle. My only critique is the overall cost of shipment - however, it seemed to be the average cost across all companies and I was happy to pay knowing I had wheels to get me to my new dream job in the Southwest! Thanks Baylee!
