My experience with AmeriFreight was excellent. The process of car shipping is complicated and stressful. The reason I chose AmeriFreight over other similar companies was due to the exceptional customer service provided their representative, Bonnie Censullo. Her obvious knowledge and professionalism, as well as her honesty with me was all it took to convince me I had chosen the right company. She guided me through the process, communicated with me on a regular basis, and followed through with me after the shipment was completed. I am certain other companies I spoke with would not have delivered the same customer service AmeriFreight and Bonnie Censullo did, and I am very confident in recommending them to anyone needing their services.
