Dealing with my transport request from AmeriFreight, responces were timely and professional . When the agent (Lecia Phillips) was unavailable another team member (Erica Hudson) stepped up and satisfied my request. The only negative was the actual cost came in slightly higher than the initial dollar amount I was given.
