Decent experience. AmeriFrieght does ensure that the customers have their car safe and in one piece. They will for the most part work with their customers to serve them the best that they can. In terms of price, it was probably on average of whatever going rates there among the other 100s and 100s of transport vendors out there. Since the pandemic, the prices have gone up a lot for transport services in general. AmeriFrieght does put in the effort to get the best price for the customer but it does not always work out. Communication was good too but at times they don't always get back to you immediately so you have to push them to get their attention at times. Many of these transport vendors have third party groups involved in the transport process, so mistakes do occur. AmeriFrieght helped me transport my car with the assistance of a car transport service on the West Coast and they overcharged us by $330 of our final price, but AmeriFrieght did go the extra mile to fix the mistake made by the other company. I was immediately reimbursed this $330! Pros: AmeriFrieght will do its best to take care of you. Agents are friendly and cooperative. Cons: they took the entire length of the projected ETA range of your car to get delivered.
