Staci Ard was my contact at AmeriFreight. Very personable, and helpful. This was my first experience with car transport, so I did my due diligence and checked the top recommended services: eShip Transport, Montway, and AmeriFreight. My final choice was AmeriFreight since Staci was the only one who took the time to walk me through the process and let me know what to expect when bidding for a carrier.s. As promised, she contacted me with options when the bid was accepted. (Both eShip and Montway have buried me with a ton of spam hustle e-mails—which they are still sending three weeks later) Admittedly, AmeriFreight ended up being about 15% higher than the other initial quotes, but my driver Leo, from Onway Logistics was fantastic, and the 4-Runner was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Well worth the added expense. Problem-free project!
