The 5 star review is for my experience with the AmeriFreight customer service representative. Harry. was very helpful and took his time to explain the entire process and offer alternatives that fit into my tight schedule. He was diligent about finding a carrier very quickly and followed through after the process was complete. The actual carrier came a day late, which wasn't an issue but I wish the carrier would have communicated this better as I didn't hear from him until later in the afternoon the day of the pick up that he wasn't going to pick up the car until the next day. The car was delivered 5 days late. First I was told Wednesday afternoon, then Friday and then Monday. All these days I had scheduled time with my job to be available to pick up the car which was disruptive and frustrating. Again better communication is needed between the customer and the carrier. Also when texting customers, the carrier needs to include their name and the company they are with. The random numbers showing up on my phone from nameless sources is sketchy when you don't know who you are communicating with.
