My agent was the wonderful Samantha Smith. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She assigned me with a great carrier that was also just as kind and allowed me to send an article of luggage with my motorcycle. My bike arrived safe and sound and it only took a few days to arrive at it's destination. I highly recommend this company for all your vehicle shipping needs and I also highly recommend Samantha Smith for an agent. She was a breath of fresh air.
