It was my first time shipping a car let alone going cross country. I received excellent customer service from one of their staff, Samantha, from the beginning till the very end. I liked that there was certain sense of assurance and responsibility from Amerifreight throughout. I'd recommend this to anyone, especially if you're a first time user.
