Service was very good, agents at Amerifreight were polite, friendly and professional.

I think the additional cost to change the order to a priority pick-up status, $200 was high. Then when we changed the status to priority, we were told that the driver would pick up the car on either Monday or Tuesday. We never heard from the driver...I had to make additional calls to Amerifreight, then we were told Monday. Monday came and went, I had to make more calls, we were then told Tuesday. Finally the driver called a few hours before the pickup. We had been told that he would call 24 hours in advance. We had to alter our plans on Monday/Tuesday because of this. Then on the delivery end, the driver again called only a few hours prior to delivery, not 24 hours, on a Sunday. I had to scramble around to find the cash needed to pay him, with banks closed.

I would definitely use Amerifreight again, but would also definitely stipulate that that particular carrier NOT be used again.
