When you call "AmeriFreight Car Shipping" you talk directly with a friendly person; in my case "Erica." She handled finding a truck which fit best my particular transportation needs, offered a quote and fit the two together. She said it may take 3 to 5 days to transport my vehicle. Within just a couple days, she called and gave me a dispatch number and they allowed me to speak directly with the driver. I was able to confirm specific pick up and drop off addresses with the driver. The driver gave the pickup car owner 5 hours notice prior to pickup, then 1 hour prior, arriving on time! After just 2 days, I received a call from the driver "Would you like your car today?" Wow, Fantastic! Once again, the driver gave several hours notice and then when he was an hour away, finally, a 30 minutes out text. He arrived right when and where he said he would. Thank you AmeriFreight for a smooth, seamless vehicle transport. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.
