It was the correct experience, the correct level of support, the car arrived just fine. I am giving only 4 starts because the price ended up being 20% higher than the estimated indicated at the beginning of the negotiation. it looks like the negotiation with the truck driver is dynamic, so you get a spot rate which you decide to accept or let go.
