Kaye Martindale was fantastic to work with. Besides being very personable she clearly takes her job very seriously. She contacted one of their preferred transport companies and got a pick up time frame of between Monday and Wednesday. I told her the company where my car was to be picked up was closed on Mondays so she notified their dispatch of that fact. Their dispatcher didn't get the information to the right people so, (you guessed it) they showed up on Monday. Kaye reminded them about her earlier notification, but they said they didn't have any trucks available to pickup other than Monday for that location. Kaye then checked with other carriers and found one that could do the pickup but their quality rating didn't meet AmeriFreight's standards. So, Kaye contacted the first carrier again (rating: 99/100) and worked her magic, convincing them to do whatever was necessary to make the pickup on a Tuesday, which they finally did. Kaye stayed on top of the entire issue and kept me informed all the way through. I strongly recommend Kaye and AmeriFreight.
