Millie at AmeriFright is very helpful and responsive. The car arrived in a good condition. There were two issues: 1) The driver does not speak English, and the carrier had me wait for a whole day to get my car picked up. They could not give me an approximate pick-up time, and I waited from early morning to 7:30 PM. And then the driver showed up. 2) My new place is in a downtown area. The carrier cannot drop the car there. I was asked to Uber to a place to pick up my car and get reimbursed by the driver. However, because the driver did not speak English, he could not understand that I need reimbursement.
