I had my car shipped across the country. Both my carrier and my agent provided excellent service. My agent Samantha maintained communication throughout the whole service. She returned my calls within hours and provided accurate information. She checked in with me to ask how both pick up and delivery were. My pick up and delivery was on time. My carrier gave me a time frame for when he believed he was going to arrive and both times it was on the earlier end of that time frame. Definitely never had that happen before with other services! I’m really glad that everything went smoothly.
