I was able to speak with a rep immediately and get my information sent over. There were some minor communication issues in which I had to resubmit my info but nonetheless I was called within 2-3 days with an offer. Prices were transparent. My service rep (Lecia) was checking in every step of the way and my car got delivered within a week (Boston to LA).
