After a little shopping around for the best estimate to ship my truck from central California to the seacoast of NH, I decided on AmeriFreight because their upfront quote was the lowest. However, when it came time to get the truck on the road, be it a cleaver business tactic or just a more realistic price, the cost was double that of the estimated. I was expecting to pay a little more due to the nature of the task and compared to other estimates from other companies, but I was still a little struck. It would be a little nice if AmeriFreight calibrated their estimate software.. Anyways, the drive that the representative found was great. Very professional and the delivery arrived in the time frame predicted. No issues with the condition of the truck or delivery itself. Having a vehicle shipped across the country can be stressful, however the delivery and results were stress free. Overall I am happy with the service and how everything turned out.
