I needed to ship an older convertible from northern CA to the St Louis area in November. After plugging in my information in the AmeriFreight website, Millie called me a day later to get more details from me and to also give me an idea of how the process would work. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also not pushy in anyway way (a pet peeve of mine...especially after I state that I was in no hurry). They were able to find a carrier for me about 5 days later with the car on the truck the day after that! My only reason for taking off a star was because the estimated total cost ended up being about $300 under what I had to actually pay. I may have been able to wait for a cheaper carrier, but there was no telling how long I would have had to wait. Overall, they were one of the best car transport companies I have used so far (this is my 4th car shippment)! My order # was 1501777754-VQ
