Since we were entering into a new relationship with AmeriFreight, we were somewhat guarded as to how we would be treated during the negotiations and really didn’t know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we were in contact with Harry Davis, a Certified Customer Service Agent. His telephone mannerism was second to none – he was very pleasant and most professional in discussing our transport needs. He outlined the process from beginning to end and was most informative when answering our questions. He reviewed the pertinent documents that are listed on AmeriFreight’s web site. He quoted a very reasonable price, which included a senior citizen discount, for the transport and adhered to that price throughout the negotiations. He called us a few days before that actual transport date to give us a heads up on the timing of the actual pick up and the driver’s name and cell phone. The driver called us advising of the pickup date and time and he was on time. He advised us about an approximate date of delivery and called us when the car was delivery. Mr. Davis called the next day, after Christmas, to congratulate us on the successful transport. He asked us if we had any questions about the transport, we had none and thanked him for holding our hands during the transport process. We certainly will call upon Mr. Davis for our future transport needs and will recommend him to our friends.
