Once the process was started it was simple and easy. My available date for pick up was wrong and delayed the bidding. Then no one picked up the bid supposedly - and of course I had to pay more - and I had already left the location. I figured companies had come back with counter offers of what they would be willing to do it for - but I was never made aware of any. Seems like they are counting on your desperation to move the vehicle in order to raise the rates.
