The auto transport industry can be extremely frustrating to work with. I previously moved from Boston to Seattle and had the worst experience with Direct Auto. They ended up loosing my car and after I tracked it down they never owned up to their mistake. I vowed to never use a service again. Alas, we had to move back to Boston with a 4 month old and timeliness was essential. I found Ameri-Freight on the BBB website and they were professional at the beginning. I am incredibly happy with their service. Ali was upfront with costs and timeliness of the transport. She was in contact with me several times during and then after the transport. The Trucking company they used was reliable and dropped my car directly at my apartment in Boston. Ameri-Freight uses trusted Trucking companies and if there is an issue (none with my transport), they will be on top of it. There is no guarantee in this type of service, but I feel Ameri-Freight is very reliable and if anything transparent with good communication. This takes a lot of the stress out of the move. I recommend them to anyone interested in transporting their car/truck. The cost was also competitive when searching other sites. Speaking of other sites - most tend to hound you and send standardized responses. Ameri-freight was more personalized and has a quality over quantity approach.
