I had never shipped a car before and from the get go, this company was great to work with. The pricing was less than I expected to pay and was less than what I was being quoted from other companies. I was also pleasantly surprised when they were able to pick up the car on the exact day I had asked.
Ali was my rep and was so sweet when talking to her and very informative and helpful when it came to answering questions and checking in to make sure things were going well.
I had packed some things in my trunk and had no issues of things being moved around. My car was in the same condition it was when I got it as when it was picked up. The person who dropped off my car was pleasant as well.
My car came a couple days later than expected but I wasn't on any time constraints so it didn't make a difference.
