The service was good. Booked with company the beginning of October for pickup in NY 10/24 with an enclosed carrier. )n 10/23 they still did not have a carrier so I switched to an open carrier. No luck because I was told of my location. Asked them if I should try another company, was told to go ahead. Booked another company (not knowing they all use the same drivers). then was told they had had a transport. Meanwhile the other company called me to tell me they had a driver also (not knowing it was the same driver). Had to cancel the second company costing $250.00. Now I know how it works and will never make the same mistake again.
