My agent, Ali Jones, was very knowledgeable in her work, very polite, prompt to return my calls and answer all questions with great clarity and detail. She is a great asset to this company.
When I finally engaged Amerifreight, I was assigned a carrier within 2 hours - unbelievable but true. by then second day, the driver called, came and picked up my car from Texas and delivered it in California within 2 days. Not even a single scratch on my car at delivery.
