Our customer service representative, Lecia, was prompt, and also made promises that she kept. She told us that the quote would be well below market value ($1300), and it was. She told us the approximate number of days for delivery of our Honda Accord and pick up, and that was true to her word as well. Lecia was always available to answer any questions via email, which we really appreciated. We were so worried about damage to the vehicle or items being stolen, and also that it wouldn't arrive on time. Not only did it arrive right on time (literally the first hour of the three hour time frame), but nothing was damaged or stolen. Not a single scratch! The delivery company (Bulldog trucking) was also so prompt and willing to work with us. Thank you Amerifreight for providing us with such good service! If you question your decision to work with Amerifreight, don't. Just pull the trigger and use this company- I promise you won't regret it! And no, there were no incentives to write this review. We're just both genuinely happy with the service.
