We started to use the economy rate which offered a significantly lower price but unpredictable wait times for pickup and delivery. Because we have three small children, we opted for the more expensive & more reliable schedule option. The only hiccup was with the items we had put in the car. AmeriFreight had told us we could put up to 100lbs in the car, but when the driver arrived, he said only 50lbs, so there was some last minute shuffling. Overall, we were pleased with the service.
