I needed to transport my vehicle from CA to FL and after doing some research, I decided to contact Graham of AmeriFreight. He was very knowledgeable and although I wanted an assurance that my vehicle will be delivered on time, he was honest and told me there is no 100% guarantee in this business; turns out he was right and my vehicle was picked up two days late and thus delivered 2 days late, although at no fault of his. Anyhow, he kept in contact with me throughout the whole process while seeing if any carrier would pick up my vehicle at my offer rate. Even when no carrier has accepted my offer, Graham would still call and keep me updated and assure that I was not forgotten. And when a carrier accepted to ship my vehicle at a higher cost than my original offer, Graham would contact me first to ensure I was OK with the amount; I rejected and so we continued with the waiting game. Luckily, I was rather flexible with my vehicle delivery date, so I was able to have it shipped for only $100 more than my original offer. Thank you Graham for being patient and not trying to urge me to accept a higher offer just so you could close this order. Also, thank you for not being MIA after my original vehicle pick up date and upon receipt of my deposit.
