This was my first time shipping a car, and the somewhat esoteric process was made clear and easy by Josh and the MCI handlers, who treated my precious Subie with respect. After placing the order, pickup was swift and timely, as was delivery. I was nervous about the open air delivery over such a long distance, from Miami to Los Angeles, but the AFTA Gap plan put my mind at ease. And upon delivery there was no harm evident on the car. Overall the process went very well and if I need to ship a car in the future I'll be calling Josh again.
