My experience with the company went smoothly. My agent worked with me in every aspect, even got the price lowered for me which I greatly appreciated. If I had to say one negative thing it would be about the courier not the agent. When it was dropped off he tried to charge me 250 extra dollars, after he could tell that wasn't the agreed upon terms he then accepted it and went on.
