My representative and contact point with Amerifreight was Ali Miller and she was excellent! She was easy to get in contact with and quick to reply to my phone calls. Very pleasant and friendly woman. I would definitely use her services again.
One point of contention was the the driver could not meet me at my house because the vehicle he was driving, which carried multiple vehicles, did not fit on my street. I had to Uber to a HomeDepot, about ten minutes away, which was inconvenient but it was worth not having to drive my car across the USA.
My car was in good condition when it arrived and there was no apparent damage to the car. I was grateful for all the help the people working for AmeriFeight were able to provide.
Overall, I was content with my experience with AmeriFreight and would use them again. I have heard of other people being overcharged or ripped off when the car is delivered. Thankfully that was not my experience. They did a great job!
