Graham was very upfront about the whole process. From explaining how the bid is contracted to adjusting the quote for best acceptance. The driver that was contracted called me as soon as the bid was accepted (guery from D&V). He was also very transparent and was in contact with me frequently until pick up. The pick up was delayed about 4 hours due to weather. This was no problem except that the drop off was moved about a mile. After reviewing the car he actually ensured that I was able to get back home. I was also able to chat with him prior to departure. He let me know his exact route and because of our travel it actually worked out for the best. The car was dropped off at our new home without incident. The only odd thing, because we were traveling the day of drop off was that I sent the money to the manager's personal paypal. Regardless, they received the payment and my car is here safe and sound. If I ever ship again, we will definitely use the same company.
