Ali was a great help in educating me about the transport process. Educating me saved me a lot of frustration when you realize and embrace the fact that your representative is going to an auction for you and buying a space on a truck for your vehicle. Like at any auction, the one who pays the most, gets the spot. I as a consumer wish I had visibility into the bids that other people were making for that spot that my vehicle eventually occupied because how do I know if I outbid someone by $50 and won the spot or by $300. I can only hope I spent $50 more than someone else versus $300 to get the spot on the truck. My car was picked up and delivered quickly by a very nice driver and Ali checked in with me often. They did an excellent job.
