Overall it was a good experience. My one issue, which is important, is that I was quoted a price on booking, I committed to that price and left my credit card, and was told at the time the car was supposed to be picked up that no transporters accepted the offered price, so it would cost an extra $600 to have my car picked up at the time it needed to be. Inasmuch as I had no opportunity to have the car wait around, I had no choice but to pay the additional amount of money. I found this aspect of the deal to be unacceptable and, quite frankly, dishonest. I would have preferred to be told the real price up front, so that I could have made an intelligent decision. The pick-up and delivery processes were smooth, although I was given only 2-3 hours notice prior to pick-up.
