So, I moved from California to Ohio and needed my car shipped. Through reviews on this website I called all the top rated contractors to schedule a delivery. After multiple calls, I was promised all sorts of benefits and prices that did not truly add up. All I wanted was an honest delivery of my car from point a to point b. I called Amerifreight and got Graham as a representative. He was very informative and walked me through all steps of the process without the sugar-coatings, and never gave a sense of urgency to book the delivery "right now". Graham was spot on with the pick up times and costs, and kept excellent communication throughout the process to ensure everything went as planned. The travel time was correct, I believe it was a week from end to end, just as predicted. The carrier selected was very professional, Mr. Rooster, and was a career driver that had an awesome attitude and ensured my car would be fine. The car arrived without flaw and just as clean as when I handed it over. Overall, this was about as smooth a process as it could be. From the beginning to the end there were no surprises and I would use Amerifreight again in a heartbeat. Another note, Amerifreight offers compensation for its customers to post reviews on this site. As many people find this suspect, I believe it is a great tactic to boost business and give a little back to its satisfied customers. I would have had no problem leaving a positive review for the service I received anyways, but the added incentive is yet another reason to do business with this company.
