Graham at Amerifreight was excellent to work with. He was always available, prompt, and courteous. Seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction and seeing to it that my car was picked up and delivered in a reasonable amount a time. My vehicle was picked up 5 days later than promised, even though I paid the slightly higher 2-5 day pick-up rate. This was due in part to some things completely out of the carrier's control (including a hurricane). When I called Graham to stress the importance of the prompt arrival of my vehicle, and my disappointment in its delay, he was able to arrange a carrier within hours. Graham was very apologetic and voluntarily took a substantial cut on his portion of the contract quote so that more money could be applied as incentive for my vehicle to be picked up by a carrier more quickly. I would absolutely recommend using Amerifreight to arrange a carrier for vehicle shipment, and would highly recommend Graham.
