This was my first time every transporting a car and so before making any sort of an agreement contractually with a transport agency I made a handful of phone calls and surfed the web to identify the best options for my needs. I learned a lot about how transport works and by far the best customer service and value was found to be in AmeriFreight. The representative I spoke with was a man named Jeff and he was willing to jump through all kinds of hoops for me. I told him my budget and that I was student and together we both negotiated a reasonably priced bid for transport ($700). Then when my car needed to be placed on hold while I took car of some additional issues, Jeff was more than happy to oblige and he temporarily took my car off the bid boards without giving me any grief about it. One week later my car was again ready to be shipped and 30 minutes after I called Jeff to give him the green light I was receiving an e-mail and phone call confirming my cars pick-up and delivery date. After pick-up my vehicle was delivered 3 days later safe and sound. It was all a smooth process and hassle free. I would highly recommend using AmeriFreight for economy and overall customer service. No problems to speak of.
