I'm moving overseas for the next several years, but am not willing to give up my car I've had for 15 years. After Plan A *and* Plan B fell through on getting my car to my father's house for storage, I went with Amerifreight as a last ditch emergency plan. I have to say that of all the nightmares that have been happening in my move, this was the one thing that went right, and went right even better than I expected.
I spoke with a very professional lady by the name of Jasmine and explained my situation. After looking up several different ways to make this happen, she came back with some grim news. Where I needed to take the car was well off the beaten track and it would be near impossible to get this to happen on the timeframe that I was requesting. However, Jasmine then presented several different options of things I could do, comprehensively explaining each of the possibilities. In the end, I picked the one that would be risky, but thanks to Jasmine I knew what risk I was taking.
The next day she called me directly and let me know she found a transport that was heading in that direction, and reserved a spot immediately knowing what kind of pickle I was in. In the end, I was able to get my car to my father's house in the impossible timeframe I needed... which is not something I would expect from anyone, let alone a company I called and said "OMG!!! I NEED HELP!". Ulitmately, the price was right, my little girl got there safely, and I have one less thing to worry about. When I return to the States, I will be going straight to Amerifreight to get my little girl back to me, and will not even entertain the idea of dealing with anyone else.
(Yes, I've been requested to write a review by the company. However, from all the help I got from Jasmine, I think she really deserves to be praised for going above and beyond the call of duty. Give that woman a raise, Amerifreight, because she sure as hell earned you my loyalty, return business, and willingness to write an Internet review... which I loathe doing. Thank you, Jasmine, I really appreciate your help!)
