Mr Graham Turner, Amerifreight, delivered!! I was seeking to send a vehicle from Niceville, FL to Salt Lake City, UT with a request for a 5 day delivery window. Clearly the moving brokers work their best to guarantee a pick up window, not necessarily a delivery window. They made it, spot on. When it looked like the vehicle was not being picked up by a transporter, Graham worked with me on the pick up dates, reduced Amerifreight's processing fee and urged me to bump up the shipper's cost only when it looked dire. It all worked out. There was great communication between Amerifreight employees and me and a sincere desire on their part to meet my needs. I would definitely use Amerifreight again and I will recommend them to anyone needing professional service.
I had initially secured the services of another provider but unfortnuately they didn't deliver on their ability to secure a driver. I live in the panhandle of Florida and it seems this isn't the most used route for vehicle pick up and delivery. It took the sage advice and attention to detail of Amerifreight to make it happen. I am very appreciative of their advice, their service and their five start communication.
The transporter was most professional. Pick up and drop off were smooth and timely. Vehicle arrived with minor soiling as it traveled in an open vehicle for over 2100 miles.
