I contacted Dave at Alpine Transport to ship my son's truck from Fayetteville, NC to a mechanic down in Hudson, Florida. The engine in the truck was not working and the truck did not run and I was getting it hauled to Florida for a mechanic friend to replace the engine and transmission.

I contacted Dave on a Saturday (he answered while he was watching his daughter play soccer) and by Sunday night he called me back and had someone to transport the vehicle to Florida the next day.

I am a teacher, so to get off of work I must obtain my own sub and last minute that is impossible. Dave assured me, no problems, they will pick-up after school hours. Sure enough, on Monday night the driver arrived and placed the truck on his carrier and off to Florida it went!

After about 2 days, Dave contacted me to let me know that all was on track for the scheduled delivery to Hudson, FL on Thursday that week. Then on Thursday, as scheduled, before my friend could call me to let me know that the truck was unloaded at his place; Dave had already contacted me to inform me that the truck had arrived. By the time my friend called I already knew what he was going to say! I can't ask for any better customer service then that! And all for a very affordable price of $500!
